Much rivalry on this one, but sadly not the result we wanted. Nonetheless a splendid afternoon's golf on a golf course in wonderful condition. It has to be said that the greens were some of the best I have seen all year, and the variety of the holes adds to the pleasure of playing the course. But just how do you play the 11th?

It would be remiss of me not to pass on our thanks to Bryan Frazer (get well soon Bryan) and to the house team who were very attentive in the service offered both at lunchtime, and at dinner. A special mention I think to the chef, Andrew who served one of the best meals I can remember, just how did he cook the bacon in such a way!

A very memorable visit, and one which we would hope to make a return to in the not to distant future, when hopefully the result might be in our favour.
